What you will do
- Lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans for the neuroscience portfolio.
- Manage full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and medical teams.
- Build and maintain high-level partnerships with government authorities, payers, and key policy makers.
- Lead launch readiness and brand teams to achieve ambitious sales targets and market share objectives.
- Attract, develop, and mentor high-potential talent to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial marketing role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in a pre-launch and launch environment.
- Bachelor degree in health-related fields, Business, or Marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to manage P&L.
Nice to have
- Previous experience within the Neuroscience therapeutic area.
- Sales experience in addition to marketing background.
