What you will do

• Establish a center of excellence for environmental strategy, governance, and reporting across the organization.
• Define and deliver enterprise-wide environmental roadmaps, including emissions reduction and climate transition planning.
• Own Scope 1 and 2 emissions measurement, target setting, and performance reporting.
• Align environmental practices with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks, translating standards into practical actions.
• Lead climate scenario analysis and support climate-related financial disclosures in collaboration with Finance and Risk functions.
• Oversee sustainability data management and manage external assurance processes with auditors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management with leadership experience in complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in environmental frameworks and standards such as GHG Protocol and ESG reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide sustainability or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with experience managing complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
