TL;DR

Associate Director, Onboarding, Implementation & Training (EdTech): Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation strategies for higher education partners with an accent on product adoption, instructional design, and customer success. Focus on translating complex enrollment tools into scalable training programs and driving measurable outcomes for institutional clients.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote or hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday in office) for those near CB offices.

Salary: $56,000–$95,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding experiences for new higher education partners to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training programs, webinars, and workshops.
  • Develop scalable self-service resources including guides, videos, and LMS content using instructional design best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients integrate enrollment tools into their admissions workflows.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to improve training programs and product adoption strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support implementation milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Deep understanding of higher education recruitment and enrollment management challenges.
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person training.
  • Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year for business purposes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Slate or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Highspot or LearnUpon.
  • Proficiency in video development and editing.
  • Experience with productivity tools like Monday.com, Jira, and Zoom Webinars.
