What you will do

• Own the editorial vision, strategy, and roadmap for all health and wellbeing content.
• Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and content creators.
• Set and enforce editorial standards for accuracy, voice, and scientific credibility.
• Build scalable systems, workflows, and editorial calendars.
• Produce high-impact content including webinars, articles, video scripts, and courses.
• Champion the responsible use of AI in content creation and personalization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or journalism with team leadership.
• Proven success as a player-coach in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Deep passion for health, wellbeing, and behavior change science.
• Strong editorial judgment and operational discipline to ship consistently.
• Fluency with content performance metrics, SEO, and audience analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.
