What you will do

• Administer and improve core engineering tools including GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, Jira, and YouTrack.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and TeamCity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes via Ansible.
• Integrate artifact repositories with pipelines to manage build artifacts and versioned releases.
• Support software teams with onboarding, troubleshooting, and environment optimization.
• Implement and document best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management.

Requirements

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and/or TeamCity.
• Experience administering Git-based platforms (GitLab) and artifact repositories (JFrog Artifactory).
• Working knowledge of Ansible for configuration management.
• Proficiency in system administration across mixed Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting for automation using Bash, Python, or similar.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and networking concepts (TCP/IP).

Nice to have

• Development experience in Java and/or C++.
• Existing SC Clearance.
• Experience mentoring or supporting engineering teams.
• Knowledge of software quality practices and release gating.
