What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack lifecycle support for digital asset delivery systems.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot delivery systems.
• Analyze incident causes and implement remediation to prevent future failures.
• Develop monitoring for key system health and performance metrics in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks through code and scripting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SRE principles (Resiliency, Observability, Availability, Scalability).
• Experience with Linux OS and public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SSL, Firewalls).
• Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Scripting skills in Python, Node.js, or Perl.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume, large-scale environments.
• Experience in the media or broadcast industry.
• Cloud platform certifications.
