• Lead and mentor a multicultural agile team of developers to push technical boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (Hybrid).
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java programming and deep understanding of the JVM.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a group of developers and taking responsibility for software delivery.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Spring-based technologies, specifically Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Proven expertise in software design principles, patterns, and RESTful API design.
