What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-value clients to identify and meet their business needs.
• Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Identify growth opportunities within the client base and collaborate with the VIP team to maximize value.
• Analyze client behavior and overall value to the business to inform service strategies.
• Engage with VIP players via chat, email, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Japanese (C1+ level).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of global sports and gambling.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
• Must be available to work a 6-day work week (split shifts between office and home).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
