What you will do

• Lead and scale a regional organization of Solution Architects to maximize post-sale impact.
• Partner with Sales, AI Deployment Managers, and Field Engineering to ensure seamless technical transitions.
• Champion executive relationships to influence technical roadmaps and drive account expansion.
• Uphold rigorous team standards and calibration disciplines to maintain high-caliber talent.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, deployment playbooks, and standardized procedures for workflow design.
• Channel field intelligence into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to drive Go-To-Market strategies for developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or security platforms.
• Experience navigating high-stakes environments and negotiating technical strategy with C-suite engineering leaders.
• Track record of recruiting and retaining high-caliber technical talent at scale.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for designing scalable processes in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to customers as needed.
