TL;DR

Location: Singapore. Applicants must have current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Identify system risks and improve end-to-end performance and stability for company products.
  • Lead infrastructure optimization and implement platform-based stability solutions.
  • Streamline R&D processes to transform stability management from reactive to proactive governance.
  • Explore and integrate new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
  • Design and build complete business systems from scratch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java, Go, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE system construction principles.
  • Experience with Nginx, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Current right to work in Singapore is required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in troubleshooting and JVM optimization.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin for global collaboration.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and execution capabilities.
