What you will do

• Oversee non-functional aspects of business lines to ensure service stability.
• Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate stability risks throughout the entire chain.
• Detect unreasonable architectural designs and uncover root causes of system issues.
• Systematically address stability problems to prevent future incidents.
• Explore and implement new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
• Provide targeted optimization suggestions for new and existing business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Cloud microservices stack.
• Solid understanding of Linux, storage, and network I/O principles.
• Experience in high-concurrency distributed system architecture.
• Understanding of middleware including Nginx, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
