What you will do

• Lead technical projects to deliver production-grade systems and custom AI/ML applications.
• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures and reference architectures for strategic customers.
• Guide customers on the adoption of the Databricks platform through technical bootstrapping and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering, Product, and Support teams to provide feedback and resolve product issues.
• Develop reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact across multiple accounts.
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver high-impact technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and its runtime internals.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance.
