Campaign Management Intern

What you will do

• Traffic and monitor online advertising campaigns across the hirify.global network.
• Coordinate Social Media and Newsletter campaigns, ensuring materials delivery.
• Work with Account Management and Business Development teams for timely creative material delivery.
• Ensure all campaign goals, including start/end dates and impression targets, are met.
• Support Account Managers by providing impression forecasts and product availability.
• Extract and analyze delivery reports from Google Ad Manager (GAM) to ensure proper tracking and performance.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree with at least 1 year of digital advertising experience.
• Campaign management and trafficking experience.
• Knowledge of ad serving technologies such as Google Ad Manager.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one other European language (preferably French, German, or Italian).

Nice to have

• Programmatic knowledge.
• Familiarity with HTML and working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Applied AI Tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Experimentation mindset with emerging AI-driven solutions.
