What you will do
- Build and maintain integrations and automated workflows to streamline the prospect funnel and buyer journey.
- Develop scalable outbound systems using AI-assisted personalization and intent-triggered touchpoints.
- Automate manual tasks for Customer Success and account management teams to improve capacity and efficiency.
- Design and implement scoring and signal workflows that sync data back to Salesforce.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure all projects adhere to strict security, access, and governance standards.
- Ship maintainable, documented code and iterate based on measurable performance data.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL
- Strong proficiency in API/REST integrations and scripting with Python or JavaScript.
- Deep experience building and configuring in Salesforce or HubSpot, including permission and security models.
- Proven experience building LLM-driven workflows and agentic AI applications.
- Experience with data orchestration and enrichment platforms like Clay, ZoomInfo, or Hightouch.
- Ability to partner with IT on security, OAuth scopes, and access governance.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or BI tools for funnel analysis and pipeline leak detection.
- Familiarity with deal-room automation tools.
