• Deliver client-specific reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as an account lead for the reporting team.
• Liaise with management and client stakeholders to provide oversight and consultancy.
• Support multiple RPO clients within a global team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts, or Ohio.
• Experience within an RPO or in talent acquisition/HR reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in a global team environment.
