Salary: $65,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Assist with aviation safety studies by researching data and operational trends.
• Prepare research summaries, analytical reports, and briefing materials.
• Support coordination with FAA offices and industry partners.
• Maintain records of safety team activities and research outputs.
• Assist with planning and logistics for safety meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Support the development and distribution of program outreach materials.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or Economics.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in aviation analysis or technical research.
• Experience conducting research using technical or operational datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Coursework or experience in aviation safety or transportation systems.
