What you will do

• Lead end-to-end forward-deployed engagements, from technical scoping to production deployment.
• Design and deliver platform improvements and Kubernetes deployment strategies based on field insights.
• Act as the technical SME for enterprise customers, providing hands-on support and debugging.
• Develop and maintain reusable engagement playbooks and tooling to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior peers to influence product priorities and architecture based on real-world enterprise requirements.
• Coach team members on Kubernetes expertise and contribute to technical hiring.

Requirements

• Must be based in and legally authorized to work in Singapore.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster architecture, networking, storage, RBAC, and resource management.
• Strong proficiency in Go, including writing controllers with Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
• Experience with managed Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
• Ability to work directly with customers, debug complex permission models, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Startup mentality with a self-directed, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or AI agent tooling.
• Track record of contributing fixes back to open-source or enterprise products.
