Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Compensation: $180,000 – $390,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and solve mission-critical business problems.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
• Partner directly with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to embed AI agents into their business stacks.
• Prototype new tools and features to guide the evolution of the core platform.
• Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of agent development.
• Experiment with voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise-grade customers.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English is required.
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Background as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Previous experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
