What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and architecture to safeguard resources, networks, and data.
• Deploy and optimize security tools including SIEM, WAF, IAM, MFA, Zero-Trust, and SOAR.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, and incident response operations.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to track, mitigate, and report on business security risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers to integrate cybersecurity into enterprise architecture.
• Ensure cybersecurity practices comply with SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, and SOC 2 standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity engineering or architecture leadership role.
• Must be locally located in Arizona; this position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Certification in CISSP or CompTIA Security+ (DoD Directive 8140).
• Proficiency in automation scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Expertise in information security management and business risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Nice to have

• Additional security certifications such as GSEC, OSCP, or CISM.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated industry environment.
