What you will do

• Design and solution pragmatic security programs tailored to client environments.
• Partner with sales teams to drive service and technology business to meet quota objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating thought leadership and security roadmaps.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Manage the proposal process, including RFI/RFP responses and contract development.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure consistent and comprehensive solution approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in an information security role focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Must be based in or near Minneapolis, MN, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Nashville, TN, Memphis, TN, or St. Louis, MO.
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to lead technology-focused discussions.
• Proven experience in sales techniques, including overcoming objections and positioning solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or GIAC.
• Experience speaking and evangelizing technology vision at industry events.
• Vendor-specific certifications focused on IAM specialty.
