What you will do

• Identify and assess conditions that present financial or regulatory risks to the business.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Investigate suspicious activities and analyze transaction patterns to prevent fraud.
• Process and verify customer cash outs for accuracy and legitimacy.
• Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve payment issues.
• Document key risk factors and generate activity and incident reports.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or data processing.
• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to pass mandatory background screening and obtain gaming regulatory licenses.
