What you will do

• Drive the technical design and implementation of customer-facing AI capabilities within hirify.global Flows.
• Own projects end-to-end, from refining requirements to shipping and operating production features.
• Build reliable, scalable full-stack systems, including backend services and async processing pipelines.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to shape priorities and deliver customer value.
• Raise the bar for engineering quality, operational health, and technical strategy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Track record of building and maintaining high-scale, customer-facing product features.
• Experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities or complex, ambiguous initiatives in production.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and Python/Django.
• Experience with scalable databases, asynchronous processing (Kafka, SQS, Redis), and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
