What you will do

• Manage and maintain enterprise source code, artifact, and container registries.
• Implement repository governance, access controls, and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with software supply chain security requirements.
• Manage branching strategies, merge policies, and code review workflows.
• Integrate repositories with CI/CD pipelines and security scanning tools.
• Maintain infrastructure, perform backups, and provide training to development teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of Git and enterprise repository platforms (GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket).
• Experience with artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus) and container registries (Harbor, ECR).
• Proficiency in repository administration, access control, and security configuration.

Nice to have

• Security+ or equivalent certification.
