What you will do
- Guide creative teams in developing GenAI-driven solutions that align with luxury beauty and wellbeing brand values.
- Drive exceptional creative quality across all channels, leveraging AI to elevate premium brand standards.
- Establish and champion GenAI implementation standards and best practices within the creative process.
- Provide strategic creative leadership for luxury clients and build trust in GenAI applications while safeguarding brand integrity.
- Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of AI innovation and design excellence.
- Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to continually elevate work quality.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in creative leadership.
- Significant exposure to luxury spirits, beauty, or wellbeing brands.
- Deep proficiency in GenAI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
- Proven track record of award-winning work and successful team leadership.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital-first creative development.
- Location: Based in New York, NY.
