What you will do

• Partner with the Digital Accessibility Manager to execute the accessibility roadmap and governance model.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure accessibility is built into greenfield components from day one.
• Lead methodical remediation of accessibility gaps in the established platform to ensure usability for all users.
• Integrate automated accessibility testing tools like Axe into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct manual testing using assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
• Drive accessibility adoption through code reviews, pairing, and internal training across feature teams.

Requirements

• Deep practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
• Strong command of semantic HTML, ARIA, and accessible CSS patterns.
• Proven experience contributing to design systems or shared component libraries.
• Hands-on testing fluency with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with Continuous Delivery practices.

Nice to have

• IAAP CPACC or WAS Certification.
• Experience with mobile accessibility (iOS/Android).
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing or analysis tooling.
• Experience with atomic design methodology.
