TL;DR

Customer Experience Representative (Fintech): Providing high-level support for active traders focusing on options and margin trading with an accent on resolving complex technical queries and improving customer satisfaction. Focus on educating traders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX. Hybrid setup: 5 days per week onsite during the 9-week onboarding period, followed by 3 days every other week.

Salary: $27.20 – $33 per hour (approximately $4,352 – $5,280 per month)

What you will do

  • Solve complex customer issues related to options and margin trading to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose product improvements.
  • Develop and contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle escalated customer queries while balancing business integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide support for Event Contracts upon obtaining the required Series 3 licensure.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer experience within financial services.
  • Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX.
  • Ability to obtain Series 3 licensure within the first 120 days.
  • Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Series 4 license.
