What you will do

• Define and solve ambiguous business problems by breaking them into clear hypotheses.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Design experiments and surface actionable insights to influence product and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and decision-making.
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership stakeholders.
