Salary: $155,000 – $205,000

What you will do

• Implement AWS cloud standards for infrastructure, networking, and software components to optimize security, speed, and cost.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are optimized for IaC environments and meet compliance requirements.
• Support and maintain automation and deployment processes to improve the overall developer experience.
• Develop and maintain IaC pattern libraries to enable developers to build their own environments via "plug-and-play".
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in AWS related to security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support for internal developer services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Services and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience enabling and troubleshooting containerized workloads in ECS, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes using tooling like GitLab or GitHub.
• Associate-level AWS certification (or willingness to obtain it within 6 months of employment).

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless technologies within AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Multi-Region deployments in AWS or GCP.
• Prior experience running developer surveys or gathering feedback to guide DevEx improvements.
