What you will do

• Modernize legacy build and deployment workflows by replacing manual gates with high-speed automation.
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing and security scanning.
• Transition manual infrastructure setups into reproducible code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Establish consistent "Golden Path" build artifacts and deployment patterns across environments.
• Implement robust logging and alerting to provide developers with immediate, actionable feedback on builds.
• Partner with engineering teams to solve delivery bottlenecks and improve overall system reliability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE, with a proven track record of migrating or upgrading legacy pipelines.
• Deep expertise in tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional evolution.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
