TL;DR

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do
- Modernize legacy build and deployment workflows by replacing manual gates with high-speed automation.
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing and security scanning.
- Transition manual infrastructure setups into reproducible code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Establish consistent "Golden Path" build artifacts and deployment patterns across environments.
- Implement robust logging and alerting to provide developers with immediate, actionable feedback on builds.
- Partner with engineering teams to solve delivery bottlenecks and improve overall system reliability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE, with a proven track record of migrating or upgrading legacy pipelines.
- Deep expertise in tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional evolution.
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
