Full-Time Instructor Pilot (Global/Challenger)

Location: Montreal Training Centre, St. Laurent; candidates must be authorized to live and work in Canada and able to travel to the USA for training

What you will do

• Deliver simulator and ground school instruction for the Bombardier Global and Challenger business jet platforms.
• Prepare and conduct training briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure instruction aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and hirify.global standards.
• Maintain personal qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Share aviation expertise and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and/or unrestricted FAA ATP.
• Authorization to live and work in Canada and ability to travel to the USA for training.
• Passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• All instruction is provided in English.

Nice to have

• Experience flying business aircraft.
• 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
