What you will do

• Track and analyze regional marketing performance (CAC, ROI, conversion rates) across Arabia and Africa.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with Growth, Performance, Content, Creative, and Product teams.
• Maintain regional trackers and dashboards to provide accurate reporting for leadership reviews.
• Handle marketing operations, including budget tracking, invoice raising, and vendor documentation.
• Manage campaign timelines and dependencies to ensure smooth regional launches.
• Translate raw performance data into clear insights and recommendations for regional growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or campaign management.
• Experience working in multi-country regional environments, specifically MENA, GCC, or Africa.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Proven project management ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Background in travel, telecom, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer digital products.
• Experience with tools like Looker, QuickSight, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Notion.
