Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Senior Learning Consultant, Visa University (AI)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop and commercialize hirify.global University learning solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Partner with clients, account executives, hirify.global Consulting and Analytics, regional learning teams, and external partners to diagnose capability gaps and align learning programs with business priorities.
• Package existing hirify.global University, VCA, AI, and cross-functional assets into scalable, ready-to-deploy programs and bespoke learning solutions.
• Design adaptive learning journeys, simulations, practical use cases, study trips, and other AI-enabled learning experiences.
• Apply generative AI, learning analytics, skills mapping, personalization, and workflow-based learning responsibly across the learning lifecycle.
• Manage pipelines, revenue, expenses, margins, budgets, delivery coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning offerings.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree; preferred experience is 9–10+ years depending on education.
• Experience in learning strategy, instructional design, consulting, business development, sales, or digital transformation.
• Experience conducting learning needs analyses, designing and evaluating training programs, and translating client needs into tailored learning strategies.
• Payments industry experience, including exposure to AI use cases, digital payments, fraud, risk, data, customer experience, or emerging payment models.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue, expenses, sales reporting, and cross-functional or matrixed teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.

• Master’s degree in business, instructional design, education, technology, data, or a related field.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering inclusion, development, and smart risk-taking.
