TL;DR

Focus on operationalizing AI across the SDLC, writing technical requirements, and managing complex application data flows.

What you will do

  • Partner with Technical Product Owners to execute work aligned with the digital product roadmap.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating refinement sessions to align teams on solution intent.
  • Produce business and functional requirements for complex initiatives and support planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and analyze single application data flows across multiple systems and software integrations.
  • Balance tradeoffs across business goals, user experience, technical considerations, and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor and support other analysts through collaboration and shared problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL query skills and RDBMS principles.
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies in software development.
  • Technical understanding of tiered environments (Development, Testing, UAT, Production) and system integration.
  • Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Nice to have

  • Experience operationalizing AI across the SDLC and using AI copilots (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Knowledge of application disaster recovery.
