What you will do

• Create and edit high-quality videos that follow hirify.global and client brand guidelines.
• Lead post-production including color correction, sound design, and advanced motion graphics.
• Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with design, writers, producers, and marketers to deliver performance-focused content.
• Use AI-assisted editing tools to improve efficiency, quality, and day-to-day decision-making.

Requirements

• Location: UK Remote or Hybrid (London/Oxford)
• 5+ years of professional video editing experience (preferably in an agency environment).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; strong working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver fast turnaround under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of media and social best practices (formats, storytelling techniques, pacing).
• Portfolio/reel demonstrating diverse, high-end editing and motion graphics work.
