What you will do

• Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.
• Craft strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow to maximize engagement and retention.
• Enhance visual impact using subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, music, and VFX.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to execute campaign ideas.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and experiment with new editing styles to improve performance.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all outputs are optimized for platform specifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 1–3+ years of experience in short-form video editing or social media content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing short-form content editing.
