What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer payment disputes, billing inquiries, and purchase order issues.
- Act as a liaison between Collections, Sales, Billing, and Customer Care to resolve payment blockers.
- Utilize case management platforms to track escalations and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor aging disputes and drive resolution to support DSO improvement objectives.
- Identify recurring payment issues and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent dispute management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Collections, or Dispute Management.
- Strong experience with case management tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ESR.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Must be based in Hungary.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
- Knowledge of working capital management and DSO reduction initiatives.
- Additional European language skills.
