Treasury Controller

What you will do

• Drive and improve group-wide cash forecasting and liquidity management across cash pools.
• Establish and manage intercompany netting processes and monitor internal loans.
• Own and develop the Treasury Management System (TMS) to drive automation.
• Ensure accurate accounting of treasury transactions including FX, hedging, and accruals.
• Monitor key risk metrics and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Act as the primary treasury link between Group Treasury and local finance teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
• Strong knowledge of treasury accounting, financial reporting, and cash pooling.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Proven track record with FX, hedging instruments, and intercompany financing.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a build-from-scratch environment.
