A 120-person AI/ML consultancy and partner of Anthropic and OpenAI, specializing in applied AI projects including LLMs, agents, and MLOps.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML engagements, ensuring quality, predictability, and business impact.
• Act as a trusted client-facing partner, translating business goals into deliverable scope.
• Run discovery workshops to prioritize AI use-cases and turn ambiguity into clear project plans.
• Manage delivery governance, including scope, risk, dependencies, and staffing.
• Line-manage a team of AI engineers, focusing on feedback, growth, and performance.
• Support presales activities through scoping and proposal development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in delivery, engineering, or program management with direct line-management responsibility.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects for clients.
• Strong client-facing and advisory skills, including experience running discovery and workshops.
• Consultancy or professional-services background with a strong commercial sense.
• Hands-on engineering background with the ability to lead architecture conversations.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required.
