What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for plant operations, equipment, and systems.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and site personnel.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational incidents and power disruptions.
• Oversee maintenance programs, inspections, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial operations, or plant engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, controls, and instrumentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong safety mindset with knowledge of industrial safety practices and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
