Walk Up Desk Technician (IT): Providing Tier I technical support for hardware, software, and end-user inquiries at the with an accent on in-person customer service and troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL, USA (Onsite position at 4202 E Fowler Ave).
Salary: $15.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Provide Tier I service desk support for hardware, software, and end-user inquiries primarily in-person.
- Create and manage trouble tickets using the IT service management system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer requests, actions taken, and final resolutions.
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and assist with printing issues.
- Support system software on PCs, smartphones, tablets, and networked devices.
- Create and troubleshoot ID cards for students and affiliates.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of general office or customer service experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (Sunday - Thursday).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of computer systems and peripheral equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Windows 7-10 and Mac OSX.
- Prior professional computing or technical documentation experience.
- Two years of college coursework.
