What you will do

• Develop and scale a healthcare data platform and member management solution for insurance carriers.
• Design and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to the design and launch of AI-powered products and features.
• Lead architecture discussions and long-term technical planning.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Establish and improve engineering standards, development practices, and technical processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Rust.
• Proven track record of building and launching AI-powered products.
• Deep expertise in backend system design and software architecture.
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ruby and Ruby-based applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Exposure to observability platforms like Datadog.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
