What you will do

• Manage, publish, and optimize complex HPC software for demanding customer workflows.
• Provide deep technical support to customers, strategic partners, and independent software vendors.
• Implement automation and tools to increase productivity and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Benchmark software performance and ensure stability within the hirify.global environment.
• Develop processes and best practices for HPC services and support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience with HPC systems and applications.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• General awareness of schedulers, MPI, containers, Kubernetes, and GPU computing.
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to scientific computing libraries like OpenMP and CUDA.
• Experience applying AI-assisted workflows and agents in the software development lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of CAE disciplines such as CFD, FEA, or Molecular Dynamics.
