What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Develop and implement data strategies leveraging AI and ML for predictive analytics and process optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends that drive customer acquisition, retention, and value maximization.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored data solutions.
• Design self-service frameworks and tools to empower data consumers across the organization.
• Promote the adoption of data-driven concepts and digital transformation as a data ambassador.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in AI, ML, and advanced analytics with a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for modeling and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and data governance principles.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for a CLT employment contract.
