What you will do
- Take ownership of small-format deliverables, including social assets, simple video edits, and editorial pieces.
- Coordinate with design, video, editorial, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients throughout the delivery process.
- Manage digital publishing workflows, including content uploads to CMS and YouTube.
- Support budget administration, cost tracking, and production logistics such as bookings and travel.
- Maintain production trackers, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy production environment (video, digital, editorial, or branded content).
- Proven ability to support or lead projects involving multiple collaborators.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing work requests.
- Professional communication skills and confidence working across diverse teams and suppliers.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
- Genuine interest in producing content for business and financial audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS platforms or YouTube publishing workflows.
- Exposure to interactive, multimedia, or social content production.
- Experience in supplier coordination or budget tracking.
