Country Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Hold full P&L accountability for the Swedish market, ensuring results align with budgets and targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Swedish Gambling Authority and as the main spokesperson for the market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and commercial growth plans based on market research.
• Manage the dedicated Swedish market team in Malta, overseeing recruitment, retention, and team structure.
• Coordinate with HQ and Marketing Managers on brand positioning, marketing strategy, and budget allocation.
• Oversee the Swedish content strategy and localized customer experience to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in country management or senior commercial roles, ideally within iGaming.
• Proven track record in P&L management, budget forecasting, and commercial implementation.
• Experience leading, recruiting, and developing high-performing dedicated market teams.
• Native or professional fluency in Swedish and an excellent command of English.
• Solid understanding of Swedish player behavior and iGaming Marketing/CRM.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional distributed teams.
