What you will do

• Oversee the production management team across podcast, editorial video, and commercial productions.
• Set operational approaches for planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage and report on CapEx, OpEx, and production budgets.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with talent and agents to process invoices and manage broadcast events.
• Oversee software/music licenses and manage crew, studio, and kit bookings.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for this onsite role.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets, financial processes, and production resources.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of legal, compliance, and health and safety in production.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proficiency with tools such as Workday, Float, Trello, and Planner.
