What you will do

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Eòrpa team and wider News production management.
• Generate and distribute film schedules while managing logistics for talent, crew, and contributors.
• Coordinate international filming requirements, including liaising with fixers and arranging carnets.
• Monitor and report on 50/50 data and maintain Albert evidence for production sustainability.
• Manage running costs and provide regular financial reports to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Glasgow, UK
• Proven experience with hirify.global production systems such as ACON, Silvermouse, and Smartbook.
• Demonstrable experience in foreign filming logistics and international production coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with basic budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, multi-platform news environment.
