What you will do

• Deliver new features and technical refinements for the US Unsecured Loans product.
• Build new user journeys and optimize conversion rates within existing funnels.
• Conduct experiments and iterate quickly to answer product questions.
• Maintain, refactor, and improve the overall codebase and tooling.
• Collaborate with product owners to break down business requirements into technical tasks.
• Contribute to wider engineering initiatives to help scale products.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of recent TypeScript versions.
• Commercial experience with React Native (cross-platform mobile) and React/NextJS.
• Experience with automated testing approaches and the testing pyramid.
• Proficiency in using AI development tooling (copilots, autonomous agents) to accelerate delivery.
• Product mindset with ability to estimate implementation complexity.
• English: B2 (Intermediate) level written and spoken required.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in Spanish for the Mexican market.
• Production experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of mobile performance best practices and debugging.
• Experience with staged rollouts and multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and tooling.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
