What you will do
- Own and deliver cross-team and cross-tribal technical initiatives with hands-on coding
- Lead architecture ownership for a tribe and make strategic technical decisions
- Provide technical guidance and anticipate product-level technical issues
- Drive improvements in stability, performance, and scalability of critical systems
- Ensure timely delivery of projects impacting hirify.global’s success
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and QA teams to deliver value
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK
- Proven delivery of large systems involving multiple teams on time and with high quality
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex issues
- Experience shaping multi-year technology strategies and adaptable architecture design
- Proven experience writing complex JavaScript SPA with React and Redux
- Familiarity with modern JS toolchains including NPM, Lerna, Webpack, ESLint
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Cordova, native Android/iOS development, PWA, SSR, Node.js
- Experience with testing tools like Cypress and Jest
- Full-stack experience, especially with Ruby or Elixir
- Familiarity with continuous integration and development tooling
