What you will do

• Own mobile features end-to-end from problem definition, design, launch, and iteration
• Build high-quality mobile experiences driving engagement and healthy user behaviors
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of mobile features in production
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code using React Native or React
• Influence mobile architecture for product growth and scaling team
• Use analytics, feature flags, and observability to measure and iterate on success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product and engineering roadmap

Requirements

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week in London office
• Experienced frontend or mobile engineer with strong React and TypeScript fundamentals (React Native nice-to-have)
• Product-minded with focus on user needs, business outcomes, and long-term impact
